If they do anything other than D at the deadline, Dubas deserves the comments he gets.

That's a big "IF" at the deadline unless there's an LTIR of 5.6Mil to use.
Otherwise the Leafs almost have zero cap space to do anything.

North (or west) of the bowl. We carved the POW yesterday. Now it's all packed down and fast as (frank). Teens have a couple of 4' ramps set up. A bunch of us old dads were hitting the ramps and breaking poop ....it's great!

that would cost the Leafs a bunch that they could get something better elsewhere.

1st, Mikheyev, Robertson and Kokkonen or possibly Niemelä.

Muzzin out for a bit. Biega in. Liked what I saw from him in the only game he played with the big club.

A chance to give Jake a little breather. We'll be fine . Go Leafs!

Ya, the cap is tight now ...and if they're keeping the band together then it's tight next year too.

I'm predicting a pure rental on the blue line and maybe a depth forward type.

Dubas is pretty creative though and he might be feeling some pressure to swing big.

Man, i haven't tobagganed in years, but if I did I'd go out to Snake Hill and break myself into a million pieces

Just looked it up and determined that sledding off limits there due to environmental concerns

Yes AA I'm at work

Leave them alone. They are doing fine. Same as the Habs.

Exactly. They'll come around. None of us will be here to experience it. But s**t happens

Habs just waiting for the breakout... of Cold Caulfield... its coming any day now.

All joking aside - and there's plenty to poke fun about at the moment in Mont Royal - I don't think I have ever seen a slower defense core than the Habs have at the moment.

Petry looks completely spent... whatever happened to him in the offseason he looks like he's 45 not 35 or whatever, David Savard never looked this slow playing for Columbus. When you best defender is Kulak you know you are in tough.

nothing against Biega... I'd rather see Rubins get a bunch more games - actually find out if there's an NHL player there.

Actually, I like both of them. Rubins brings the beef, Biega has more quickness. The speed will be the best ingredient against the Rags.

Mark Jankowski is already the best player in his draft by 2021 per Craig Button and Pierre McGuire, so I doubt they'd be able to get him without sending Matthews their way.
